Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your tour within 45 days for a full refund. If you cancel between 30 to 45 days after booking, you will receive a 70% refund. Unfortunately, if you choose to cancel your tour below 30 days, no refund will be given.

The deadline for canceling a tour package is 45 days from the date of booking.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the bookig, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
